Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
We collect the details you give us when you register — name, work email, company name, commercial registration number, mobile number and billing address — together with the sectors and sub-sectors you choose to track. We also record ordinary service data such as sign-in times, the competitions you star or export, and the searches you run, because those are what make your dashboard yours.
2. How we use it
Your account data is used to run the service: scoping your competition feed to the sectors on your plan, sending deadline notifications you have asked for, billing your subscription, and answering support requests. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models offered to other customers.
3. Tender data and public records
Competition records, award results and supplier names shown in TIP are drawn from the public Etimad procurement record. That information is public by law and is not personal data belonging to you or to us. Where a record names an individual — a contact person on a tender, for instance — we display only what the source publishes.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We share data with our payment processor to take subscription payments, and with our hosting and email providers to deliver the service. Each is bound by contract to use it only on our instructions. We disclose data to authorities only where Saudi law requires it, and we tell you when we are permitted to.
5. Sub-contractor profile visibility
If you hold a sub-contractor account, your company profile is visible to bidders whose tracked sectors match yours. Profile views are recorded and shown to Premium sub-contractors; a bidder opening your profile more than once in 24 hours counts as a single view.
